Chacombe Renovation Project

This 3 bedroom bungalow located in Chacombe, Northamptonshire has recently been renovated with Underfloor Heating throughout, a 45 sqm rear extension and 40 sqm side extension was added, both utilizing our Opti-Rail system, the existing part of the property was reconfigured to suit the client’s needs and our Opti-Mill system was used in the existing screeded floors.

This project was future proofed by installing all pipework at 150mm centers, which is suitable for standard boilers or an Air source heat pump.
